Who’s on the FaZe Clan talent payroll?

Snoop Dogg

One surprise that came out of Monday’s announcement was the inclusion of Snoop Dogg on their talent roster. Just last week, it was reported that Snoop had sold over $200,000 worth of stock just to remove himself from FaZe Clan’s board; however, according to yesterday’s press release, Snoop is still smoking with the F.A.Z.e.

Kyler Murray

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray joined FaZe Clan in 2021 with dramatic effect as his involvement was live-streamed during Commissioner Goodell’s first pick announcement at the NFL draft. Murray joined the group as a childhood fan of FaZe and brings nearly 400,000 Twitter followers to the FaZe Clan talent ranks.

Lebron James Jr.

The Akron Hammer’s prodigy, Lebron James Jr., joined the FaZe Clan talent pool in August 2020. James is a video game enthusiast known for his technical prowess in Call of Duty and NBA 2K. Prince Bronny streams for FaZe on Twitch and has over a million followers. Jr. also uses his social media platform to promote FaZe Clan products and sponsors and adds a household name to the clan’s roster.

Lil Yachty

The wildly popular Lil Yachty brings nearly 40 million monthly listeners on Spotify to the FaZe Clan talent lineup and just happens to love video games. With a massive reach and loyal following, Lil Yachty plays a huge role in helping FaZe Clan promote its efforts on social media and appearing in FaZe Clan videos. Lil Boat has even collaborated on a line of merchandise and a joint music video, boosting FaZe Clan’s rep in the under-25 demographic.

Offset

The former Migos star and Cardi B amour joined FaZe Clan in 2019. Since then, Offset has lent Bad and Boujee street creds to FaZe Clan and helped promote the group with his large social media following. He has also appeared in FaZe Clan videos and other promotional content. In addition, like Yachty, Offset has collaborated on merchandise and music videos with the popular gaming gang.

Can FaZe Clan talent save its stock price?

Honestly, it’s hard to say. It was once thought that FaZe Clan’s net worth was climbing towards a billion dollars, however, that number dropped to roughly $750 million after the company went public. Today, it is rumored that their worth could be as low as $400 million.

As mentioned above, since its peak at over $17 in September of 2022, shares of FAZE common have teetered toward penny stock territory. Despite adding a wealth of well-known talent to its team, we’ve yet to see someone at FaZe capable of wrapping their hands around the wheels and steering the ship in the right direction. A drop of nearly 1700 percent in value in just over six months is significant, but perhaps FaZe Clan has another trick up their sleeve next week.

On the bright side, if you wanted to own hundreds of shares of FAZE but couldn’t last summer, now’s the time to buy if you believe in what the wild and competitive team of esports legends is up to.

Happy Streaming!
