Is Samsung’s 55-Inch Class Crystal 4K UHD TV the best television for streaming under $500? It just could be.

A big (subjective) Yes as Samsung’s Crystal UHD TV comes with 4K resolution and supports high dynamic range (HDR), which promises better color, picture, and brightness. The dynamic crystal color allows streamers to view millions of shades in pixels. The Samsung Crystal Class also comes with a voice assistant and Motion Xcelerator to reduce blur (though the folks at Always Sunny in Philadelphia may not enjoy that feature as much as us). The scope and capability of the UHD TV is staggering.

If you’d like to watch your content in the best quality, then Samsung’s 55-inch Crystal Class UHD TV may be the next move. Quality content, a ton of features, and a sleek thin frame that makes it easy to fit the TV almost anywhere make the new Samsung worth the look.

Features and design

Its rounded matte plastic black frame makes it a high-end product for your home decor. Its base is slightly thicker but is lined elegantly with silver plastic, making it attractive.

Setup is also fairly easy and straightforward. You can connect the TV with any Samsung smart device or app and control it from anywhere in the home. Plus, it has HDMI inputs with only a single eARC port.

Picture quality

Of course, who wants to game with today’s consoles and not have HD-quality picture? At the end of the day, if your picture quality isn’t good, it just feels like PS2.

Samsung’s 55-inch crystal UHD TV offers high-quality pictures with 4K resolution. It also supports HDR, which makes the quality clearer and brighter. Color accuracy is pretty good too. Brightness is sufficient, but some bleak videos like Netflix’s Dark are hard to watch in daylight.

Sound quality

The sound quality of Samsung’s Crystal Class UHD is even louder and more impressive. You don’t even need to buy a soundbar with this set. Further, if you install it in a small room, you’ll just be wasting money investing in more.

Gaming experience

The gaming performance is good enough for the current consoles but will not offer you the maximum. Samsung’s Crystal Class UHD works great for single-player games and online Battle Royales.

Of course, it’s up to you at the end of the day.

Find the best TV for you.
